Personal\ninformation that is collected may include, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>information provided by you during the application process, including your contact information      (such as name, email address and telephone number), debt amount, credit      rating range, homeowner status, property value, mortgage balance, postal      code;<\/li><li>information provided by third parties that we connect you with through the application process, such as debt companies, credit repair providers and financing      entities, relating to your application and any resulting transactions that      you are involved in; <\/li><li>and information about your internet browsing activities and browser (see: Cookies and Web Beacons).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Subject to any legal or\naccounting requirements, we will retain personal information only as long as\nnecessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Personal\ninformation that is no longer required will be destroyed, erased or made\nanonymous, although copies of deleted information may continue to exist on\nback-up media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users may visit our\nwebsite without telling us who they are, or revealing any information about\nthemselves. However, like many organizations\u2019 websites, our web server\nautomatically logs certain non-identifying information related to a user\u2019s\nvisit to the website, including the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the\nuser\u2019s computer, the user\u2019s Internet service provider (ISP), the type and\nversion of the browser that the user is using, the date and time the user\naccessed our website, the Internet address of the website from which the user\nlinked directly to our site, the operating system that the user is using, and\nthe pages of the website that the user has visited. We make no attempt to link\nthis information with the identity of individuals visiting our website without\nexpress permission. We may, however, review server logs and anonymous traffic\nfor system administration and security purposes, for example to detect\nintrusions into our network, for planning and improving web services, and to\nmonitor and compile statistics about website usage. The possibility therefore\nexists that server log data, which contains users\u2019 IP addresses, could in\ninstances of criminal malfeasance be used to trace and identify individuals. In\nsuch instances, we may share raw data logs with the appropriate authorities for\nthe purpose of investigating security breaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you provide comments\nor other feedback to us, you agree that such comments or other feedback become\nthe property of Met-Core, and we may use and disclose them for any purpose\nprovided that we do not associate them with your personally identifiable\ninformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A \u201ccookie\u201d is a small\npiece of information stored on your computer by a web page. It is used to\nidentify you to the web server. It tells the server who you are when you return\nto a page on the same website. Your browser will only send a cookie back to the\ndomain that originally sent it to you. A cookie cannot run any programs,\ndeliver any viruses, or send back information about your system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We may use cookies to\ndetermine your access privileges on our websites, to complete and support a\ncurrent activity, and to track website usage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most web browsers\nautomatically accept cookies, but if you do not wish to have cookies on your\nsystem, you should adjust your browser settings to decline them or to alert you\nwhen cookies are being sent. We will use\nappropriate contractual or other means to require our affiliates and\nnon-affiliated third parties to whom your personal information is disclosed to\nprovide a comparable level of protection while the information is being used by\nthem and to refrain from further disclosing your personal information without\nyour consent, except as provided in this Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may opt out of\nreceiving communications from us at any time by following the opt-out\ninstructions in the email communication, by emailing us at&nbsp;privacy@Met-Core.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You further acknowledge\nand agree that, in the course of our supply of services to you, we may delegate\nour authority to collect, access, use, and disseminate your information to\nthird party subcontractors. Third party subcontractors may include web hosts,\npayment processors, delivery and logistics providers, social network\nintegrators, and membership vendors. If we transfer any personal information to\na third party subcontractor, we will provide the subcontractors only with the\ninformation needed to perform the subcontracted service, and will use\nappropriate contractual or other means to provide a comparable level of\nprotection while the information is being used by them. However, you agree not\nto hold us liable for the actions of any third party subcontractor, even if we\nwould normally be held vicariously liable for their actions, and understand\nthat you must take legal action against them directly should they commit any\ntort or other actionable wrong against you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SECURITY AND ACCURACY OF\nINFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have implemented\nreasonable physical, organizational, contractual and technological security\nmeasures to protect personal information in our possession or under our control\nfrom loss or theft, and from unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or\nmodification, regardless of the format in which the information is held. The\nsafeguards applied will depend on the sensitivity of the personal information,\nwith the highest level of protection given to the most sensitive personal\ninformation. We use user IDs, passwords, and encryption technology, maintain\nour servers and paper files in locked premises, and restrict the employees and\ncontractors who have access to personal information to those having a \u201cneed to\nknow\u201d and who are bound by confidentiality obligations in order to ensure that\ninformation is handled and stored in a confidential and secure manner. When\ndestroying personal information, we delete electronically stored personal\ninformation and shred any tangible materials containing personal information.\nWhile we will endeavour to destroy all copies of personal information, you\nacknowledge that deleted information may continue to exist on back-up media but\nwill not be used unless permitted by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will continually\nreview and update our security policies and controls as technology evolves.\nHowever, no security technology can be guaranteed to be failsafe. Using the\nInternet or other public means of communication to collect and process personal\ndata may involve the transmission of data on an international basis and across\nnetworks not owned and\/or operated by us.
